Your instruction and fee scope
Send the full opposition and notice with the registered views and disclosure history. The proposal identifies the contested designs, defence and evidence work, filing and reporting.
Review of the opposition
We examine the opponent’s grounds, cited material, design representations and response deadline before outlining the defence.
How we assist
- Grounds and evidence review
- Defence strategy and document planning
- Preparation and filing of the response
- Procedural follow-up and reporting
Documents required
Send the opposition notice, application details, design images, creation and disclosure history, ownership documents and any supporting evidence.
Evidence should answer the opponent’s actual case
A response is structured around the grounds, earlier rights and visual material relied on in the opposition. We separate admissibility and entitlement issues from the substantive comparison, verify relevant dates and select evidence that supports the design owner’s position. This avoids an unfocused submission and makes the requested outcome clear to the Turkish authority.
Clear scope before instruction
We confirm the response plan, required documents and professional fees after reviewing the opposition file.
Documents and timing for a design opposition response
Send the complete opposition petition and exhibits, the official notification with its service date, the registered views, design numbers and the owner’s earlier disclosure and creation records. For a multiple registration, identify each contested design separately.
The response date must be checked against the actual TÜRKPATENT communication and the applicable procedure. The three-month period for filing an opposition is not the design owner’s response period. We confirm the response deadline and evidence schedule before accepting the instruction.
