Request a Turkey PCT national phase quote
For an existing PCT application, send the publication number and earliest priority date first. Identify any amendments and the translation status so the proposal covers the intended national phase filing text.
Local support for PCT applicants
We assist PCT applicants and foreign patent firms entering an international application into the Turkish national phase. Before filing, we check bibliographic data, priority and deadline information, amendments, translations and filing instructions.
Scope of support
- Deadline and document review
- Turkish translation coordination
- National phase filing and confirmation
- Prosecution and annuity follow-up
Pre-entry review
The PCT publication and current bibliographic record are reviewed together with any Article 19 or Article 34 amendments and later filing instructions. The applicable deadline is confirmed from the official case record rather than assumed from a general timetable.
What to send for a useful quote
| Case detail | What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| International application | WO publication or PCT application number and the earliest priority date. | Identifies the application and the national phase deadline basis. |
| Filing text | Description, claims, abstract, drawings and any amendments intended for Turkish entry. | Defines the document version and translation set. |
| Applicant and translation | Applicant details, changes in ownership if relevant, and Turkish translation status. | Identifies document gaps and the preparation work needed before filing. |
If a document is missing, identify it in the enquiry. Please include any approaching deadline.
Turkish translation coordination
We identify the document set to be translated and coordinate consistent Turkish terminology across the description, claims, abstract and drawings. If amended text is to be used, the filing version is confirmed before submission.
After national phase entry
A filing confirmation is issued after entry. We then monitor the Turkish application for official communications, prosecution requirements and annual-fee matters, reporting each development to the applicant or instructing associate.
Clear scope before instruction
For a Turkish PCT national phase entry, Anlam Patent first checks the international application number, priority data, applicable entry deadline, claims to be pursued and the available Turkish translation. The filing scope and required corrections are confirmed before submission.
Turkey PCT entry deadline and document checklist
Provide the PCT and WO numbers, publication, applicant and inventor details, priority data, the description, claims, abstract and drawings, and any Article 19 or Article 34 amendments. Identify the exact text to be pursued and any applicant changes before translation begins.
Proceedings are in Turkish. We confirm the translation set, national fees, local representation and any case-specific authorisation or entitlement documents before filing. Translation completion dates are reviewed separately from the national phase entry date.

Frequently asked questions
What should a Turkey PCT national phase quote specify?
It should identify the entry deadline, filing text and amendments, official fees, professional entry work, Turkish translation and any extension request. Later prosecution and annuity services should be distinguished from the initial entry scope.
Can you quote before the Turkish translation is ready?
Yes. Send the international publication and intended filing text, and tell us whether you need translation preparation or review. The quote can separate translation work from national fees and professional entry work.
Does a national phase entry quote include later examination responses?
The agreed scope should state which filing and reporting steps are included. Later examination responses and annual fees are distinguished from the initial national phase entry unless specifically included.
