Documents, authorisation and fee scope
For a new filing, send the mark or technical/design documents, legal owner details and priority information. For an existing matter, attach the complete official notice, case number and notification date. For a renewal or recordal, identify the rights and the requested transaction.
We confirm representative appointment and any required signed authorisation after reviewing the procedure. Notarisation is not assumed for every instruction; assignments and other specific documents may require distinct execution formalities and Turkish translations.
The proposal distinguishes official fees, professional work, translation and any additional document work. Preparation starts after the scope is agreed; supplying a quote request alone does not constitute a completed filing.
